New Construction Guest House

This gorgeous home was ready for an expansion to accommodate guests, an office, and a larger garage for shop work. By planning for the A/V during construction, we were able to adapt to the needs of anyone using the system in any area of the home.

The garage is a work space. It needed a display that can both entertain and be used for displaying instruction manuals while working. The speakers in both levels of the home needed the ability to work with movies and music. All of this needs to be simple to use for anyone that might visit the home. By pre-wiring for these eventualities, and even planning for the pool expansion in the coming years, all of the clients needs will be met and exceeded without damaging drywall or running conduit outside.
