New Construction Home

Pre-construction is the best time to plan for an A/V layout. Many opportunities to run wire or hide electronics can be lost along the way in a large new home. We met with these clients during framing and were able to work closely with the builder and designer to ensure accurate placement and time frames were met.

These clients love listening to music throughout the home, wanted all of the electronics in the home hard-wired to the internet, security cameras on the doorways, and wanted a fun movie watching experience in a room with a tall mantle above a fireplace. With a high mounting location, there would be sever neck strain to watch anything at that height - we recommended a motorized TV mount to drop the television down to a reasonable viewing height. Since this music streaming setup here was simple, we recommended using Sonos to stream throughout the home for ease of use without driving up cost.
