Event Venue
A business oriented venue space needed a boost to enhance their meeting and conference space. In this collaboration, we designed and installed a system to assist them in better serving their ballroom clients with a easy-to-use interface to control their new presentation, audio and visual display system.
Originally just a shared office and conference room space, the lower level of this building was completely renovated to become a full service event space to handle everything from large weddings to large business conferences.
The owner reached out to us during construction to plan out each room and how clients might interact with the space to allow for flexibility. There is a smaller conference room, and a larger ballroom that could potentially be used together, separately, and possibly simultaneously and separate. By adding in a control system, this allowed the rooms to be flexible based on the day to day needs of any client, and made it very simple to use. With touchscreen controls in each room, plug-ins for any device in their respective rooms, wireless microphones, large displays, and full coverage speakers, this space is now operational and serving the local community.
